Explosive twist in the case of BMTC bus caught fire and conductor burnt alive
The case of BMTC bus catching fire and burning the driver alive has got an explosive twist. During the police investigation, it was suspected that BMTC conductor Muttiah had committed suicide.
On March 9, a BMTC bus belonging to Summanahalli depot 31 caught fire at Badarahalli station. Conductor Muttiah was burnt alive in this incident.
When checking the mobile and UPI ID of the deceased conductor Muttiah, it was found that Rs 700 was transferred to the account of a petrol station located a little away from the place where the fire accident took place, and information about the purchase of petrol and diesel was found.
It is said that Muttiah, who was in financial trouble, closed all the windows and doors of the bus from inside, poured petrol and diesel and set it on fire.
